Operational Partnership

Deep Operating Resources

We are operator-partners providing a differentiated private equity experience for founders and management teams that is anchored in respect, partnership and expertise.

Our team is comprised of operators, investors, entrepreneurs and consultants, many of whom have sat in your seat and bring diverse skills and deep empathy to our partnerships.

Full Immersion Toolkit

Evolution that Builds on the Company’s Legacy

We provide a differentiated private equity experience for founders and management teams by focusing on what drives the greatest impact, building on the company’s culture and values.
Iron Path derives from the Italian term “via ferrata,” a fortified route along a challenging Alps climb. Our name embodies how we support companies in scaling swiftly and deliberately, one secure step at a time. While we back great management teams, even the best mountain climbers need a crew. Whether executing roll-up acquisitions or implementing new operational excellence tools, we provide both ariel-view guidance and boots on the ground to help companies scale.
