Managing Partner
Rob co-founded Iron Path Capital in 2021, co-leads the firm’s private equity execution and leads Iron Path’s internal operations. Prior to founding Iron Path, he was a Principal with Quad-C where he spent nearly 14 years on deal teams that invested over $750 million of equity. Rob was one of two senior professionals that established the healthcare vertical at Quad-C and he also led the specialty chemicals initiative for seven years.
Rob currently serves on the boards of Emergence Health and Versant Diagnostics. His investment experience at Quad-C includes companies such as Boulder Scientific Company, Prism Vision Group, Retina Group of Washington, VMG Health, Compassion First, Dental Care Alliance, Towncare Dental, NuSil Technology and Royal Adhesives & Sealants.
Prior to joining Quad-C, he worked at JLL Partners where he evaluated and executed private equity investments in various industries. Prior to JLL Partners, Rob was with J.P. Morgan Chase in the Leveraged Finance Group where he focused on providing senior and subordinated debt financing for a broad range of leveraged buyout transactions.
Rob holds a B.S. degree in Finance & Accounting from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Managing Partner
Scott co-founded Iron Path Capital in 2021, co-leads the firm’s private equity execution and leads Iron Path’s “Full Immersion” program. Prior to founding Iron Path, he was an executive at NuSil Technology, a global leader in specialty materials for healthcare and aerospace applications. During his tenure as President of NuSil, Scott led the team that diversified the company into new market segments including electronics, personal care and drug-delivery and grew internationally by expanding in Europe and building a business in Asia.
Scott currently serves on the boards of Boulder Scientific Company, Emergence Health and Versant Diagnostics. He previously was an executive advisor to New Mountain Capital and a member of Quad-C’s executive advisory board. He has sourced and executed several private transactions in the specialty industrials sector, including New Mountain Capital’s acquisition of Gelest in 2017 and Quad-C’s acquisition of Boulder Scientific Company in 2019.
Prior to joining NuSil, Scott was an investment professional at Quad-C and Apax Partners, where he evaluated and executed private equity investments in various industries. He also previously held investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch in M&A and Bank of America in Leveraged Finance.
Scott holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Ithaca College.
Partner
Ted joined Iron Path in July 2022. He is a seasoned M&A deal leader, operating executive, entrepreneur, and investor with over 40 years’ experience in the specialty chemicals industry.
Ted founded Royal Adhesives & Sealants in partnership with Quad-C Management in 2003 and grew the business through a series of 19 acquisitions into one of the top 10 adhesives and sealant companies in the world. After partnering with Arsenal Capital and American Securities as part of two subsequent recapitalizations, Ted led the sale of Royal to H.B. Fuller (NYSE: FUL) in 2017 where he joined as EVP and Chief Operating Officer. He led the integration of Royal and the reorganization of H.B. Fuller from five business units to three global business units.
Ted started his career at Products Research & Chemical Corporation, a global leader in aircraft sealants and coatings. He rose through the ranks to become President & CEO where he grew the company until it was acquired by PPG Industries in 1999. He is currently a strategic advisor to H.B. Fuller’s executive committee and serves on the board of Boulder Scientific Company. Ted has served on the boards of three other private equity-backed specialty chemical companies including Royal, NuSil Technology and MPD Chemicals. He has recently published two books: Shipping Clerk to CEO: The Power of Curiosity, Will, and Self-Directed Learning ©2022 and Buy & Build CEO: Leveraging Private Equity to Build a Winning Global Business ©2022.
Vice President of Finance and CCO
Claudia joined Iron Path Capital in October 2022. She has more than 20 years of experience in auditing public and private companies; most recently as a Senior Manager with KPMG in Mainz and Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Earlier in her career she worked as an auditor with Deloitte in Frankfurt am Main.
Claudia has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Heilbronn (HNN) in Germany and passed the exams for the German CPA and tax advisor.
Principal
Jasmine joined Iron Path in July 2021. Most recently, she founded and led LIFE Intelligence, a digital health startup providing behavioral health education to consumers and companies. Prior to founding LIFE, Jasmine was a public equities investor at hedge fund Marcato Capital, focusing on long/short positions across chemicals, industrials, and healthcare. Prior to Marcato she worked at The Carlyle Group where she evaluated and executed buyout opportunities in Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services. Her experience includes spin-offs, cross-border transactions, and corporate carve-outs. Jasmine began her career in the mergers & acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she advised on successful buy and sell-side deals totaling over $4B in value.
Jasmine holds a B.A. degree from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Vice President
Alex joined Iron Path Capital in September 2021. He previously worked at Quad-C where he evaluated and executed private equity investments across the business services, industrial services, specialty chemicals, specialty distribution, healthcare and building products sectors. While at Quad-C, he worked with Galleher, HaystackID, S.i. Systems, Village Gourmet and Stanton Carpet. Prior to joining Quad-C, Alex worked at Moelis & Company where he led transactions as the sole analyst in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and restructuring across multiple industries.
Alex holds a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
Director, Full Immersion Operations
Carson joined Iron Path Capital in May 2021. He previously worked at Strategic Service Group, an operations consulting firm focused on private equity portfolio company optimization where he worked on engagements primarily for Quad-C portfolio companies. His engagements were mainly focused in the healthcare and specialty chemicals sectors including Boulder Scientific Company. Carson was previously a consultant with Bain and Company where he supported strategy and operations due diligence in the US and Europe across several industries including chemicals, defense and packaging. Prior to business school, Carson held several operations management roles at Zenith American Solutions and was a Firefighter during undergraduate summers.
Carson holds a B.A. degree in Government from The College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
Vice President, Full Immersion Operations
Pete joined Iron Path Capital in December 2022. He previously worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where he held growth strategy and operational leadership roles, accountable for more than 25 outpatient dialysis facilities and multiple joint ventures. Before joining DaVita, Pete was a consultant with Bain and Company, where he supported engagements in portfolio growth strategy, post-merger integration, supply chain optimization, and salesforce transformation for clients in industrials, B2B distribution, and technology. Prior to business school, Pete held several operational management roles as a Counterintelligence / Human Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Pete holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A from Georgetown University.
Vice President
Ms. Heinz joined Iron Path Capital in December 2022. Ms. Heinz previously worked at Percheron Capital and Silver Oak Services Partners where she evaluated and executed private equity investments across business, healthcare, and consumer services sectors. While at Percheron and Silver Oak, she worked most notably with Physical Rehabilitation Network, Integrated Oncology Network, DASCO, and Geriatric Medical. Prior to Silver Oak, Ms. Heinz worked at Baird as an investment banking analyst where she led technology & services merger and acquisition transactions.
Ms. Heinz holds dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a M.A.S. degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Senior Associate
Parker joined Iron Path Capital in July 2021. He previously worked at Raymond James in the Healthcare group, where he supported mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
Parker holds a B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of the Division I football team, and an M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University. Parker has passed all three levels of the CFA exam.
Senior Associate
Katherine joined Iron Path Capital in September 2021. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs in the Leveraged Finance group, where she supported the structuring and execution of bank loan and high yield bond financings for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
Katherine holds a B.S. degree in Finance from New York University.
Associate
David joined Iron Path Capital in July 2021. He previously worked at EY in the Transactions and Corporate Finance group, where he supported corporate valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and data analytics engagements for clients in the healthcare, real estate, and home services industries.
David holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
Associate
Andrew joined Iron Path Capital in August 2024. He previously worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Industrials group, where he supported mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for a wide variety of corporate clients and financial sponsors.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Associate
Spoon Jacobs joined Iron Path Capital in September 2024. He previously worked at Truist Securities in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group. He supported mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for corporate clients and financial sponsors.
Spoon holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Wake Forest University.
Finance Manager
Hunter joined Iron Path Capital in April 2024. He previously worked as the Controller at Triumph Orthopedic Partners, where he led the growth and development of the Accounting and Finance functions and built systems to ensure cross-functionality between business units. Before joining Triumph, Hunter was Accounting Manager at Aegis Sciences Corporation during a period of extreme growth where he built and maintained accounting systems and processes. Hunter began his career in public accounting as an auditor with Crowe working with mid-market business to verify financial statement accuracy and business processes.
Hunter is a CPA and holds a Masters and B.S. degree in Accounting from The University of Tennessee.
Data Analytics Manager
Navya joined Iron Path Capital in June 2024. She previously worked at Datateer, where she focused on driving data-driven strategies and optimizing analytics for corporate decision-making. Before joining Datateer, Navya held key roles at Stryker and Verizon, where she managed data science projects and worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, Navya has led multiple initiatives that enhanced data processes and provided actionable insights across various sectors.
Navya holds a B.B.A. degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the University of Colorado. She is currently finalizing her M.S. In Data Science from Johns Hopkin’s University.
Accountant
Michelle joined Iron Path Capital in August 2024. She has 10 years of accounting experience in banking and most recently in insurance. She handles the bookkeeping, payroll, and office management for Iron Path Capital.
Michelle holds a B.S. degree in Human Resources Management from James Madison University.
