Meet Scott and Rob
Investment Acumen and Operational Excellence
Founders and managing partners Scott Mraz and Rob Reistetter studied finance and accounting together at Ithaca College and have been friends and colleagues ever since. After investment banking in New York, they reconnected at Quad-C where Scott worked, and where Rob joined after business school. Scott went on to lead Quad-C’s portfolio company NuSil Technology as President and helped build it into a global leader in specialty materials for life sciences. Scott continued to lead NuSil after it was acquired by New Mountain Capital in 2011 and later merged NuSil with Avantor as part of the largest-ever healthcare IPO in the US. Over his 14-year tenure with Quad-C, Rob helped establish the healthcare vertical and led its specialty chemicals vertical for 7 years. Together, Scott and Rob bring a unique blend of highly specialized operating and investing experience to help grow healthcare and specialty industrial companies.
